Breakfast was very bad. Felt like they bought it from some street shop. Do not opt for breakfast option. It does not justify what you are paying.I booked the hotel almost a month ago. I kept getting messages to pay the entire amount or my room won't be confirmed. So I ended up paying around 3200 or more. A day before my booking when I checked the online price, it was available almost for half the price. I called up reception and they refused to do anything about it.Reception is at first floor and you can see garbage dumped on the ground floor. I was cheated and charged much more. Hotel had no amenities and didn't deserve the price I paid for. I will never recommend this hotel.
Good place to stay in Vrataspur for a reasonable price
I arrived late in the night (3.30 am) and the person in charged was very rude. He was asleep and did not want to get up.
The location of the hotel is quite good because you can find many of the basic facilities within a walking distance, such as a pharmacy, grocery store, tea shop, mall, and electronics stores.The staff service was good, although I expected to have a kettle to make coffee during the night.
The fact that they didn't provide the number of towels that I requested and there were not enough skincare products.
